The shirt color looked just like the pics on the site, no cap. Happy with it.

I ordered a couple of things from Mochikids opening the package gave me that little happy feeling I remember from getting new favorite clothes as a kid. Everything turned out really cute, the fabric is soft, the sizing was pretty much spot on, and the designs are even sweeter in person. Shipping took about as long as I expected, so no complaints there. My kid has already decided the shirt is their new favorite and keeps asking to wear it again, which is always the best sign. I’d definitely order from them again.

I ordered a couple of tees for my kid, and they turned out really nice. I had a feeling they’d be good quality from the pictures, and once they arrived it kind of confirmed it for me. The fabric is soft but doesn’t feel cheap or too thin, and the print still looks great after a wash. Sizing was spot on too. Overall, really happy with them.

I was a little worried about the fit, but this shirt ended up being just right for my son. It feels really soft, and he wore it all day without fussing or saying it bothered him at all. That definitely reassured me, because if something isn’t comfortable, he’ll let me know right away.

I ordered two sweatshirts and a pair of socks, but one of the sweatshirts showed up in the wrong size and the socks were missing completely. The print was really cute, so I’ll give them that, but it’s kind of ridiculous for a small order to still be wrong.
Customer service did eventually fix everything after a few emails, which I appreciated, but it took longer than I thought it should. Overall, the items are cute, but the whole thing was more annoying than it needed to be.

I got this sweatshirt as a gift for my niece, and she did end up liking it, so that was a win. The sizing felt a little off, though, and shipping took longer than I expected. I reached out and got one of those canned apology responses, which just made it more annoying. Cute sweatshirt overall, but the whole experience wasn’t perfect

I really do like a lot of the items on Mochi Kids, but I have to say the refund process was frustrating. I returned something and ended up having to email more than once just to get an update, which felt like more effort than it needed to be. The replies were polite, but slow, and the whole thing took longer than I expected. They did refund me in the end, so I appreciate that, but the process definitely wasn’t as smooth as I’d hoped

Some of the prints are seriously cute, and my kid gets weirdly excited about them, which is always a win. But after looking through the options, I kind of felt like I was seeing the same vibe over and over again. It’s all very cute, maybe almost too cute, and I just wish there were more styles for different seasons or for kids who aren’t into the super sweet designs. Not bad at all, but I was hoping for way more choices, so it’s a 3-star situation for me

My kid wears this tee constantly, so it’s been through the wash more times than I can count. The print still hasn’t cracked, and the fabric feels nice, so buying a replacement anytime soon would be totally unnecessary. Really happy with it.

I came across Mochi Kids when I was trying to find kids’ clothes that didn’t feel like the same thing I keep seeing everywhere. Their designs are really cute and playful, but not in a way that feels too busy... which I like. My kid would actually wear this stuff, and that’s kind of the whole point.

The colors feel cheerful without being super loud, and browsing the site was easy too. I don’t know, it just has a really nice vibe overall, fun, simple, and still a little different.

I was able to find the clothes I wanted without too much trouble, but the site felt a little clunky overall. Some pages took longer to load than I expected, and checkout was more confusing than it needed to be. I kept thinking I didn’t want to lose the items in my cart after spending time picking them out, so I stuck with it. Not a bad experience, but a few small fixes would make it feel a lot smoother.

I reached out to customer service it just took forever to get a reply. I kept waiting and checking back, but... yeah, not a great experience.

It seems okay so far, but I’m not totally convinced yet. There were a couple of little issues that felt avoidable, so I’m still waiting to see if it really holds up

The pieces are really cute and fine for casual wear, but am I the only one who thought the fabric would be a bit thicker? It felt thinner than I expected. Still wearable, just not quite what I had in mind.

Starting the exchange was simple, like I didn’t feel lost or anything, but then it kind of slowed down and I was checking my email like… okay, are we moving? It took a bit longer than I expected to hear back and then get the new item sent out. Customer service was really nice when they did respond, so that helped, but yeah, not the fastest process. The clothes are super cute though, so I’d still order again, I just wish the exchange part felt a little smoother.

The box showed up looking neat, and nothing inside was damaged, which was a relief. I’m always a little wary because I don’t fully trust customer service to be helpful if something goes wrong, so I was glad I didn’t have to deal with any of that
